G) Upon. completion of the .Public Hearing, the Manning Commission shall prepare'andsubmit. its <br />report, five (5) copies of the Preliminary Plan, its recommendation for approval. or.disapproval; and <br />recommendations for conditions assodated with approval to the City .Council in a timely mariner that <br />allows. the City. Council totake action within the time limits established by law.. If the: report of the <br />Planning Commission has not been 'received so as to provide for compliance with time limits <br />established by lain, the City Council may act without such a report. <br />H) The City. Council shall, within the. time limits established by law, .approve with or without <br />conditions. ar t£isapprave:the.Application for Subdivision Prelirninary.Plat.with said action being <br />formally recorded in the minutes of a.properly convened meeting. Further, any disapproval of the <br />Application for Subdivision Preliminary Plat. shall be noticed in writing to t eapplicant. <br />T) Any modification or waiver of .time limits established by law shall only be made in writing to the <br />City by the applicant except for extensions by the City provided for by law: <br />25.143 Final Plat .
