B) Send a copy of :the Subdivision Application and one copy of the Preliminary Plan to each member of the Planning Commission and one copy to the City Engineer. C) The Zoning Administrator also shall refer copies of the Preliminary Plan to the Park Advisory committee, Watershed Districts, County, State, or other public jurisdictions for their tamely review and, comment, inhere appropriate and when required. D) The proposed plan shall be placed on the agenda. of the first possible. Planning Commission meeting. E) The City.
