The plan shall <br />he considered as being officially:subn fitted where. all the information required is supplied and all. <br />.requirements of this. section are complied with. <br />B) Send a copy of :the Subdivision Application and one copy of the Preliminary Plan to each member <br />of the Planning Commission and one copy to the City Engineer. <br />C) The Zoning Administrator also shall refer copies of the Preliminary Plan to the Park Advisory <br />committee, Watershed Districts, County, State, or other public jurisdictions for their tamely review <br />and, comment, inhere appropriate and when required. <br />D) The proposed plan shall be placed on the agenda. of the first possible. Planning Commission <br />meeting. <br />E) The City. Engineer shall in a timely manner submit leis .report to the Planning Commission: This <br />report shall be on the feasibility of street location and construction. and on any drainage. or.o.ther <br />problems that might be encountered. The absence of a report from the CityEn&eer shall in no way <br />invalidate the approval of disapproval by the City of the Preliminary Plan. <br />F) The. Planning'Commission shall hold a public Bearing on the proposed Preliminary Plan and.shall <br />have notice of such hearing published in the official newspaperat ten (10) days prior to. the. <br />hearing.
