The applicant shall schedule <br />J'_�and .attend the pre -application meeting described in Section 1.1.1 .of the . Subdivision Ordinance; in <br />which the participants shall address all of the following areas, <br />a <br />.r <br />rrrail M=y I- <br />9.7:2 Submission of Development Plan, An applicant shall submit anapplication for a Zoning <br />Compliance Permit and supporting documentation to the. City which addresses all companerits of the <br />.proposed development. The applicant shall submit twelve (12) sets of all applications .and required <br />supporting materials in forms acceptable to the Zoning Administrator, including: <br />A) Development Plan. All attachments to development plans shall be drawn to. scale and <br />provide the following information, unless otherwise specifically waived by the Zoning <br />.Administrator; <br />1. A vicinity map, to include.:lo.cadonsof any public streets, railroads., major streams or <br />rivers and other major features within 500 feet of the site. <br />2. Boundaries and dimensions shown graphically, along. with a written legal description <br />of the property. <br />3. Present .and proposed. topography of the. site and adiacent areas within 50.feet by <br />contour lines at .intervals. of no more than five feet,. and directional arrows showing <br />proposed `flow of stormwater.runoff frorn the site.. <br />4. The location. of existing and proposed structures, with Height and gross floor area <br />noted. <br />5. Elevation views of all proposed: buildings and structures, with building. materials :and <br />proposed.colors. noted:- <br />G. Phasing:plans, where applicable. <br />7. Location and dimensions. of existing: and proposed curb cuts, :aisles, offstree..t parking. <br />and loading spaces,.and walkways. <br />S. Location, height and material for screening: walls .and fences, and other screening <br />devices. <br />9. Location of all :existing and .proposed. water and sewer facilities and storm drainage <br />systems. <br />10. Existing and proposed public streets or rights -of --way, easetnerits; or other reservations <br />of land on the: site. <br />11. Location and method of screening of outdoor trash storage areas. <br />
