NOTE; Some, proposed changes to the Gateway <br />Ordinance are done- See Jim Linders data <br />7) Compare residential building lot size and building types in the Gateway District portion <br />of the Zoning Ordinance (Section 9) to the present RX, RE and.RS Residential districts <br />which we are now adding to the Zoning Ordinance. Can the definitions, building types, <br />lot. widths, width,/depth data in the Gateway District be considered use for also in the RX, <br />RE and RS residential districts ?. <br />8) Look at all references to the interface needed between the present Golf Course and the <br />underlying Residential zoning of the land under the Golf Course in the Comp Plan. <br />(Comp plan suggests that possible conditional zoning for use. and structures for this .use. <br />be reviewed). (P.E NOTE: Present underlying Golf Course zoning seems to he "RE") <br />9) Look. at the PUD. regulations, currently in the Zoning Ordinance; to see if they are <br />correct, as instructed in the. approved Comp Plan or need to be up -dated. (Zero lot -]fines, <br />etc) <br />10) Verify that all references in the Zoning Ordinance, to other Ordinances (such as sign <br />landscaping, etc) are correct and do connect to such a reference in that referenced <br />Ordinance. <br />11) See if any additional definitions are needed in the Zoning Ordinance to define the terms <br />now used in. the. Zoning Ordinance.. (such. as Townhomes, Villas etc) There are different <br />types of Townhomes (attached. -common wall. Single level attached, Single level <br />detached) that also may need defining Also define "Family Day Care Home" <br />12) Verify that the definitions in the Gateway Section of the Zoning Ordinance (Section 9) <br />agree/and for complement the Zoning Ordinance definitions <br />
