Executive Summary of this Document <br />This document is presented in the form of a proposed City of. Gem Lake Ordinance <br />now identified as Ordinance No XXXthat would be used as modifications .and <br />additions to the present Gem. Lake Zoning Ordinance No. 43K that incorporates <br />the: <br />1) Changes .found and suggested in the 2008 and 2011 City of Gem Lake Comprehensive <br />Plans <br />2) Changes found as necessary to identify what is in the Section 9 (Gateway Zoning <br />.District) of the present Zoning Ordinance and to supplement and. correct the procedure <br />steps.needed to approve proposals and presentations for development in this district <br />3) Errors found in the present City of Gem Lake Zoning Ordinance caused by changes in <br />other related City of Gem Lake Zoning documents (Subdivision,: Sign, Landscaping, <br />Home Occupations, Housing Maintenance, and Tree and Natural Barrier Protection.) <br />4}.
