Section 1 <br />Building Permits and inspections <br />Building Permit. <br />The fees for each building permit and inspection shall be based on Table 1 below. <br />The State Building Permit surcharge. shall. also apply in addition to the fees below. <br />Plan review fees shall be 65% of the building permit fee. shown, unless submittal <br />documents .for similar .plans. have already been approved.
