B. Missed Collection Failure of the Contractor to provide recycling <br />collection service to a RDU, or the City Facility during <br />collection hours on.the scheduled collection day. <br />C. Recycling Materials All items designated by the Ramsey County <br />or Recyclables Environmental Services to be part of an authorized <br />recycling program and. which are intended for <br />transportation, processing, and re-manufactruring or <br />reuse, those items listed on. Exhibit A. <br />D. Residertial Dwelling Residential unit shall mean a dwelling within the <br />Unit (RDU) corporate liinits of the city occupied by a person or <br />person as a domicle in up to two dwelling units <br />(duplex). A residential unit shall be deemed occupied <br />when either domestic water or light and power <br />services are being supplied. Apartment or <br />condominium. buildings with three (3) or more <br />individual dwellings shall not be. considered. <br />Residential Units and are, therefore, not covered by <br />this Agreement. <br />E. Single Stream .Residents will be instructed to commingle all <br />Recycling Collection recyclable materials in one container that will be <br />Service picked. up every other week by Contractor. Contractor <br />will pick up all recyclable material placed: in and next <br />to recycling containers. <br />4. CONTRACTOR'S COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS. <br />A. Recycling Collection Program.'lie Contractor shall collect recyclable materials. <br />from all residential dwelling units, and the. City Facility every other -week, using <br />a single stream collection service.. Additional bags of recyclables placed next to <br />the cart shall be collected at no additional charge. <br />B. Recycling Collection at Cite Hall The.Contractor will provide Single Stream <br />Recycling Collection Service at City Hall located. at 4200. Otter Lake Road, Gem <br />Lake, MN551.10. <br />C. Collection Hours and Days. Collections must begin no sooner than 7 a.m. and <br />shall be complete by 7 p.m. on scheduled collection days.
