Minnesota Rules Chapter 7080.2400, <br />Unsewered Area: Any area: within :the .City not served by a municipal sanitarysewer <br />collection.system permitted by:the MPCA. <br />Sec. 6 - SCOPE <br />This Ordinance regulates.. the sitting, design, installation, alterations,. operation,. <br />maintenance; monitoring,.and management of a]I SSTS within the City's applicable jurisdiction <br />including, but not necessarily. limited to individual. SSTS and cluster or community SSTS, privy <br />vaults, and other non -water carried SSTS. All sewage..gencrated in unsewered areas :of the City <br />shall be treated and dispersed. by an approved SSTS that is sited; designed, installed, operated, <br />and maintained in accordance with the. provisions of this Ordinance or connected to municipal <br />sanitary sewer When it is available in acoordanC& with the City Sanitary Sewer Qrdinance..
