City shall employ or retain under contract qualified and. appropriately licensed professionals to <br />administer and operate the SSTS program. <br />(b) STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Where a single SST$ or group of SSTS.under'single ownership within one-half mile of <br />each other, have a design flow greater than. 10,000 gallons per day, the owner or owners shall <br />snake application for and -obtain a State Disposal System permit from the MPCA. For any SSTS <br />that has :a measured. daily flow for a consecutive seven-day period which equals or exceeds <br />10,06.4 gallons per day, a State. Disposal System permit is required.
