Sec. 2 - TITLE, PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />(a) Title <br />The City ordains. the City. Code the "City of Ocru Lake Subsurface Sewage Treatment <br />System..(SSTS) Ordinance." <br />(b).Purpose <br />The purpose of this Ordinance is to establish minimum requirements for regulation of <br />ISTS and MSTS for the treatment and dispersal of sewagewithili the applicalile.jurisdiction of <br />the City to. protect..pubIic..heaIth and safety, groundwater quality, and prevent or eliminate the <br />development of public nuisances.
