Ordinance is adopted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 115..55; Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 145A.05; or successor statutes; and Minnesota Rules, Chapter 7080, Chapter <br />70.81, Chapter 7092, or successor rules. <br />Sec. 4 -EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The provisions set forth in this Ordinance shall become effective on passage by the City <br />Council, <br />Sec, 5 - DEFINITIONS <br />The following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to. them in :this <br />Section. If.not specifically defined in this Section, terms used in this prdinanceshall have the <br />same meaning as provided in the standards adopted by reference.
