Electrical work is to be done in accordance with local and national electrical <br />codes governing such. <br />General Clarifications: <br />•All work to be done during normal business hours 7am-3:15pm M-F <br />•Utility Fees are not included <br />•Generator to be located within 50ft of the CT can <br />•Initial diesel fill included or NG line installation (depends on choice of generator) <br />•Generator lead time of 26 to 36 weeks after release <br />•Aluminum conductors for feeders <br />•Tax included <br />125-KVA Option – 150 amps for building operations and 200 amps available for emergency services <br />Included: <br />•125-KVA 3-Phase Diesel Generator or Natural Gas equivalent <br />•400-amp Nema 3R service rated Automatic Transfer Switch. <br />•Include Saw-Cutting & Replacement of Concrete Sidewalk to Allow for Conduit Run to Generator. <br />•Supply & Install Concrete Pad for Generator <br />•Rework Existing Electrical Panel to be fed from transfer switch <br />•Supply Permit & Inspection. <br />•Locates <br />Exclusions: <br />•Painting <br />•Premium time <br />•Utility fee’s <br />•Site restoration beyond leveling and seeding <br />Total Cost 125-KVA Generator: $114,110.00
