A. The Contractor or the City may terminate contract upon ninety (90) days written notice to the. other party, B. Farther performaniee under this Agreement. The Contractor shall be responsible for its safety; the. public and. the work site in general and shall comply with all applicable provisions: of local; state and federal laws, regulations -and orders affecting safety and health, including but not,limited to the Occupational Safety and HealthAct.of 1.970 (OSH: Act). The Contractor is. not entitled to worker's compensation benefits or unemployment insurance beuefits, and the Contractorr is.obligaied-to pay federal and state income taxeson moneys. earned pursuant to this Agreement. M Ownership of Documents. All. documents produced .by. or 4n behalf of the Contractor prepared pursuant to this Agreement, including; but not limited to, all maps,. plans, drawings; specifications, reports, electronic files and other documents, in whatever form, shaft remain the property of the City under all circumstances, upon payment to the Contractor of the invoices representing the work by which such materials were produced.
