Gem Lake City Council Meeting <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />Councilmember Bosak stated that the Internet Contact Manager Ryan Green is going <br />out of business. He has been trying to find a substitute to find a replacement. He has <br />talked to two different people. One is a small business who also has a host, which Gem <br />Lake has "Go Daddy" for $5 a month. The other person is Kristine Smith who <br />Councilmember Bosak has worked with before and could transfer the host "Go Daddy" <br />to her. City Attorney Pat Kelly suggested the City receive a resume from Kristin Smith <br />along with the proposal. Upon motion by Councilmember Lindner and seconded by <br />Councilmember Artig-Swomley, to pursue a contract with Kristin Smith for Web Service <br />Manager. Ayes — 5, Nays — 0. <br />City Attorney Kelly wanted to clarify for the record to make a motion to pay off the Road <br />Bonds. Upon motion by Councilmember Lindner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Artig-Swomley, motion was made and seconded to use excess funds that the City has <br />to pay off the City Road Bonds. Ayes — 5, Nays — 0. <br />ADJOURN <br />The May 21, 2013 regular meeting of the Gem Lake City Council adjourned at 7:42 p.m. <br />Upon motion by Councilmember Lindner, and seconded by Councilmember Artig- <br />Swomley, the City Council meeting was adjourned.
