City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2013 — 08 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MS4 REPORT FOR THE YEAR 2012. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake created the MS4 report for the year 2012, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of Gem Lake approves the report <br />and authorizes the report to be submitted. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the August 20th, 2013 regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member XXXXX and seconded by Council Member XXXXX with a vote of (yes) <br />and 1 abstention. <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />William Short, City Clerk <br />Date <br />
