Councilmembers James <br />Lindner, Gretchen Artig-Swomley, Richard Bosak, and Faith Kuny . Members of the <br />public attending per the sign in sheet sent around the room. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND MEETING MINUTES <br />City Council Agenda: Mayor Uzpen called for additions, deletions and corrections to <br />the agenda. Upon motion by Councilmember Bosak, and seconded by Councilmember <br />Lindner, the September 10, 2013 agenda was approved. Ayes — 5, Nays — 0. <br />City Council August Meeting Minutes: The August 2013 minutes were presented and <br />corrections were needed. Upon motion by Councilmember Lindner, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Bosak, the August City Council minutes were accepted. Ayes — 5, Nays <br />— 0. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Newsletter: Councilmember Artig-Swomley stated some of the topics are. <br />• Report on the de -attachment proceedings <br />• Power Line Project <br />• Hoffman Road <br />• Goals for 2014 <br />• Discussion with VLAWMO — Bio Swell Project <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />Ramsey Commissioner Blake Huffman Discussion about Citizen Issues: <br />Commissioner Huffman introduced himself and spoke to the City Council and residents <br />regarding Ramsey County and the issues of Goose Lake Road. <br />
