Councilmember Thomas <br />Rasmussen was absent. Members of the public attending per the sign in sheet sent <br />around the room. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND MEETING MINUTES <br />City Council Agenda: Mayor Uzpen called for additions, deletions and corrections to <br />the agenda. Upon motion by Councilmember Artig-Swomley, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Bosak, the July 17, 2012 agenda was approved. Ayes — 4, Nays — 0. <br />City Council May Meeting Minutes: The May 2012 minutes were presented and <br />corrections were needed. Upon motion by Councilmember Bosak, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Lindner, the May City Council minutes were accepted. Ayes — 4, Nays <br />— 0. <br />City Council June Meeting Minutes: The June 2012 minutes were presented and <br />corrections were needed. Upon motion by Councilmember Lindner, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Bosak, the June City Council minutes were accepted. Ayes — 4, Nays — <br />0. <br />Planning Commission June Meeting Minutes: The Planning Commission June <br />minutes were tabled until August City Council meeting. <br />Planning Commission Chair Report: No report was given. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />September Newsletter: Councilmember Artig-Swomley stated that she had a few <br />topics for the newsletter. The election reminder, the MS4 Report and the Chicken <br />Ordinance. The Night to Unite recap and the water issue. <br />
