City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2010 — 04 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF WHITE BEAR LAKE TO <br />PERFORM FIRE SERVICES AND FIRE INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE YEAR <br />ENDING 2010 AND PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICES. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake does not maintain a Fire Department, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake requires such services and out sources those services <br />to The City of White Bear Lake, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer has received a contract from The City of <br />White Bear Lake for such services for the calendar year 2010 at a cost of $17,520 and <br />recommends accepting this contract and authorizing the Mayor to sign all necessary <br />contracts. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the January 19, 2010 regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member and seconded by Council Member <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />William Short, City Clerk <br />Date <br />
