MEMORANDUM <br />TO: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: <br />TOM RIEDESEL <br />DATE: <br />MARCH 9, 2010 <br />SUBJECT: RELOCATION OF AUTO SALES BUSINESS — PLAN <br />MODIFICATION <br />APPLICANT: DENNIS NEWCOMB — DIBIA FOUR SEASONS AUTO <br />SALES <br />Mr. Newcomb has updated his request to locate his sales office in the southwest <br />corner of the Drummond building at 1995 East County Road E.. Originally he <br />requested City approval of a Conditional Use Permit to open the sales office and <br />allow outside display of 10 autos in front of the building.
