NO. 10-14 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON SEPTEMBER 21ST, 2010 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on September 21, 2010, at 7:00 O'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Councilors; Uzpen, Artig-Swomley, Bosak, Rasmussen, <br />and Lindner; and the following members were absent: None <br />Councilor introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT FIRE INSPECTION CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR NO. 37100002) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That pursuant to Section 5.3.1, of Ordinance No. 77, the Clerk, is hereby authorized and <br />directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent fire inspections on the <br />following described parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake: <br />PROPERTY ID NO. AMOUNT <br />27.30.22.43.0027 97.00 <br />27.30.22.43.0017 97.00 <br />27.30.22.43.0017 97.00 <br />$291.00 <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilor Lindner, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilors; Uzpen, Bosak, <br />Lindner, Rasmussen and Artig-Swomley, the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA } <br />} <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY } <br />} <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE } <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing Extract of Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 21 st day of September, 2010, with the <br />original on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as <br />the same relates to a Resolution directing certification of Delinquent Fire Inspection Charges. <br />WITNESS my hand as such Clerk and the City Clerk's seal this 21st day of September, 2010. <br />CITY CLERK <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />
