NO. 10-15 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON SEPTEMBER 21IT, 2010 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on September 21, 2010, at 7:00 O'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Councilors; Uzpen, Artig-Swomley, Lindner, Bosak and <br />Rasmussen; and the following members were absent: None. <br />Councilor <br />introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEPTIC INSPECTION CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR NO. 37100003) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That pursuant to Section 7.4.1, of Ordinance No. 67B, the Clerk, is hereby authorized and <br />directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent sewer charges on the <br />following described parcels of real estate in the Town of White Bear: <br />PROPERTY ID NO.
