Implementation <br />SEH will prepare this chapter, which will include implementation action items from each <br />chapter/plan element. <br /> <br />Task 3 Deliverables: Plan chapter content, including narratives, maps, tables and graphics <br /> <br />Task 4: Comprehensive Plan Document Preparation <br />SEH will develop a draft Comprehensive Plan document, including table of contents, list of figures, plan <br />element and supportive maps, photos and graphics. Using staff, City Council and Planning Commission <br />input, we will refine the draft Plan into final Comprehensive Plan for adoption. <br /> <br />Task 4 Deliverables: Draft and final Comprehensive Plan documents in PDF format. <br /> <br />Task 5: Comprehensive Plan Adoption <br />SEH will assist City staff in presenting the final plan to the Planning Commission, with City Council <br />members present. This will include attending one Planning Commission meeting, as well as providing a <br />digital summary (pdf or PowerPoint) of the plan for presentation purposes. <br /> <br />Task 4 Deliverables: Final presentation to Planning Commission/City Council. <br /> COMPENSATION <br />Based on our understanding of the project and scope of services, SEH proposes to complete this work for <br />$78,000. SEH will not exceed this amount without prior authorization from the City.
