Both the TOWNSHIP and the CITY agree to work with the Ramsey <br />County Sheriffs Department regarding the possible use of the <br />Municipal Building as a substation to the benefit of both parties. <br />VI. TERM AND TERMINATION <br />a. This Agreement between the CITY and the TOWNSHIP shall <br />commence on the date on which the second governing body <br />gives its assent to the Agreement. <br />b. If either party, after appropriate City Council or Town Board <br />action determines the termination of this Agreement then the <br />terminating party shall give sixty (60) days notice of the <br />termination by certified mail to the other party. Upon receipt <br />of the termination notice, the following shall occur: <br />(1) Upon issuance of a notice of completion of the <br />project, but in no event not later than June 1, 2008, <br />costs to construct the building and to acquire and <br />develop the site shall be calculated to determine the <br />percentage of each party's contribution to the project. <br />(2) The parties shall each select an appraiser and the two <br />appraisers selected shall select a third appraiser. In <br />the event one party fails to select an appraiser then <br />by motion to the Second Judicial District Court, the <br />Court shall select an appraiser.
