limits for municipalities. Each party agrees to hold the other <br />harmless and agrees to defend and indemnify the other for <br />any claims related to its responsibilities under this <br />Agreement. Under no circumstances, however, shall the <br />CITY or the TOWNSHIP be required to pay on behalf of itself <br />and the other party any amounts in excess of the limits on <br />liability established in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 466 for <br />any one party. <br />C. Certificate of Insurance. A certificate issued by an insurance <br />carrier for each policy of insurance required to be maintained <br />hereunder shall be delivered to the other party on or before <br />the commencement date hereof and thereafter, as to policy <br />renewals, thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the term <br />of each policy. Each of said certificates of insurance required <br />to be maintained by the parties hereunder shall expressly <br />evidence insurance coverage as required by this Agreement, <br />and shall contain an endorsement or provision requiring not <br />less than ten (10) days written notice to the TOWNSHIP or <br />the CITY as applicable prior to the cancellation, diminution in <br />the perils insured against, or reduction of the amount of <br />coverage of the particular policy in questions. <br />V.
