M.ettopolitan Council En:virormental. Services <br />(MCES) annua11y.b.0ed upon: it's casts of operation,.and <br />WHEREA$, current and 'future maintenance posts are the responsibility of the City. ti Gem Lake, and <br />1�VHER�AS; funding of operating and maintenance costs is derived from local sewer user charges established by resolution of <br />the Getn. I:ake City .Council. <br />NOW T14EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of'Gem.
