CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION .NO.98-11. <br />f,. <br />21 December 1998 <br />WHEREAS, Hafiman Garner Oil has applied: for renewal o.f a Retail Tobacco Products..Resellers License.for the period 01 <br />January 1909, through 31 December 1.99.9;.and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant:has been similarly licensed. in print -years in tbe.:.City of Gem Lake; and. <br />WHEREAS,.said applicant has operated the establishment without incident. during 1998.; and <br />WHEREAS, the State Of Minnesota has enacted legislation, reference Chapter 227 l H.F, 11.7, 'requir"tng local units of <br />aoverriment to establish oe update'local ordinances regulating retail tobacco sales artd providing fof dddipliance checks, the cost <br />of which shall be born by the licensee; and <br />WHEREAS, the Cite Council has established a Tobacco Compliance Ordinance No. 68 which became effective 28 February <br />1998. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE.
