CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-13 <br />21 December 1998 <br />WHEREAS, Cafe Cravings has applied for.rettewal of -An On -Sale Non -Intoxicating (Wine-&.Beer)'Liquor and Special Sunday <br />Un-Sale.Non=Intoxicating (Wine &Beer). Liquor License for the. period. 01 January 1994througli 3l becernber 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has been similarly licensed in the past in the City of Gein Lake; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has indicated a desire to renew said licenses for the calendar year 1998 and <br />WHEREAS; said appliciuAlias operated the establishment without incident during 1998. <br />NOW -THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council bf the City of Gem Lake does hereby approve renewal of a <br />On -Sale Non -.intoxicating (Wine &Beer).Liquor and Special Sunday On-Sale.Non-Intoxicating (Wine:& Seer) Liquor License <br />for the period 01 January 1999 through 31 December 1999 to Cafe.Cravings, <br />ATTEST <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Council Member Birkebak and supported by Council Member Kunin and was <br />declared adopted on a unanimous vote ofthe City Council. <br />1, Frederie C.
