CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.2000-07 <br />17 JULY Z000 <br />r...... .,.... ,. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake adopted a fee schedule: for the year 2000 as Resolution No. 2000-02;: and <br />WHEREAS, the City of- Cem-I.Ae has taken. direct administrative: responsibility for issuance of all permits. including <br />construction related permits which previously were. administered by the Chief Building Official; and <br />WHEREAS; the.cost of issuance of permits and inspections has been .tracked and exceeds current mininium, fees shown. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake -doe's hereby amend Resolution No. <br />2000-02 by authorizing a minimum fee of $50.00 .for all construction related permits issued for work within the City; and <br />BE IT*FURTHER RESO.LVED.,. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member Igo and was..supported by Council Member-Birkebak and <br />was declared carried based upon a unanimous vote:. <br />ATTEST <br />1, the undersigned; being the duly qualified and appointed Clerk ofthe City .ofGem Lake, Ramsey County; Minnesota, <br />do hereby certify that I have carefully. compared the attached and foregoing.extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Gain Lake and that.:said extract is a true and accurate representation of the intent and action. taken. <br />/!/ <br />Frederic C.
