FOR THE CITY OF GEM LAKE AND ADDING THE, DUTIES TOTHE JOB DESCRiF WON OF THE CITY CLERK, WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.05 Subbed, 13 requires that .the Cityappoint a city employee to acrasdata practices comp.l.iance.official to receive questions OrConce:rns regarding.problems in obtaining access to data orotherdatapractices within the city; and, WHEREAS, the:city council. acknowledges the concern expressed by the Legislature about access: to city data and wishes to satisfy this concern by immediately appointing:a qualified data practices cornpjiance official.as required under.the statute. NOW THEREFOREBE, IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the-Ciiy of*Oem Lake does. hereby appoint Frederic C.
