CITY OF .GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-04 <br />24 January 2000 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Cotmtiission has:determined a.need to amend Ordinance. No. 43 so that sai&Qrdinance more closely <br />coinplies: witli the Gem Lake Comprehensive Municipal. Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Coinmission held a public:hearing reaardingthe matter,.said hearing having been duly published and <br />al affected land owners :properly notified and considered the input of the public in its recoinmeWation; and <br />WHEREAS., the Planning Commission.4n its role as advisory body to the City Council has made a recommendation that <br />Ordinance No. 75be. adopted thus.amending Ordinance No. 43.. <br />Now THEREFORE BE (T RESOLVED, that the City Councilof*' I of Gem Lake approve adoption of.Ordinance Nq. <br />75 as presented by the Planning Commission; and <br />.8.E IT FURTHER RESOLVED.thatthe requirements.of Ordinance No. 75 be-iucorporated into Ordinance No. 43-as changes <br />made effective the date of publicatiotfiin the City's official publication; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that.the City Engineer be ordered to amend all official maps of.the City affected by the <br />amendment and that the City Clerk shall update and disseminate copies of the revisions to all appropripte persons, <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council :Member Igo and was supported by Council Member Kunih and was <br />declared.adopted.based upon a unanimous vote of 4 Ayes, 0 Nays. <br />ATTEST <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly quaiified: and appointed Clerk ofthe.
