CITY *OF GEM LAKE. <br />RESOLUTION NO.2000.-05 <br />2.2 February1000 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING :PARTICIPATION IN THE COST <br />SHARING OF CONSULTANT SERVICES TO THE ONGOING 1-3.5E <br />CPRRIDOR.MANAGEMENT STUDY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Oem. Lake has partially fanded.and paFtibipated in the .multi: jurisdictional stud ty ofthe iY35E Corridor: and. <br />17VkIEREAS, the City of Gem lake Iias committttd to continuepatticipatiolt as wh*mber inthe 1-35E Corridor Management Team; and <br />WHEREAS, the Corridor Management Team will contintte to 000rdinatethe�bngoiitg balance of land use and transportation within the <br />135E Corridor; and <br />WHEREAS, continued cohstiltant services'wilf-be required to assist the Corridor Management Team; and <br />WHEREAS, SEH, Inc. has prepared a scope of services to. provide such assistance at a cost to the members in 2000 not to exceed S4,500 <br />for budgeted operations and.S3,500 for Appendix B development.or.$8,00dtotal; and <br />WHEREAS,: the: Corridor Management. Team has. proposed'cost'.sharing contributions: ftom the participating local units of government <br />as .follows: the cities of Vadnais Heights and White Bear .l ake.and. White Bear Township at $1,125.00 + $875 each, the City of North Oaks <br />at $810.00. +-$61 Q.; and the City of Gem Lake. at $315.00 + $245; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Department bf Transportation, Ramsey County and the Metropolitan Councit .have agreed to provide in -kind. <br />planning and technical services and proj6 t-cobidiriation through the course of study.. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED* that the City tounpil of the City of Gem Lake agrees to contribute funding -in the amount. <br />of S3 i 5.00 .for :consultantservices- from SEH, lac, for the'ongaing 1-33E Corridor Management study and $245:00 for Appendix..
