CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.2003-11 <br />15 December 2003 <br />WHEREAS, the City o f .Gent•[;�ake-provides services as well as. -dissemination of.public information: to all. persons in accQrdattce <br />�%-ith 10nited States, .State of Minnesota, County of Ramsey, and City of Gem Lake laws. and ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, said service.s and dissetni.oation:of ittfornlation have exceptional.costs asso6ated with. providing saute to the general. <br />public which are heynnd.budgeted costs; and <br />WHEREAS; the City of Gehi Lake wishes. to establish.a fair and uniform basis for providing said services and: information to all <br />persons 0.rcquestiitg. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that -the -City Council of the City of Gem-Lake..does hereby establish and approve <br />the rates and fees sat forth in the."CITY OF GEM LAKE 2004 FEE SCHEDULE" attached hereto for the use of the City staff <br />in providing said services and information; said rates to become effective on the first day of January 2004 and to be reviewed. <br />annually thereafter unless otherwise required. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member lgo and was supported by Council Member Watson and was <br />declared adopted based upon the following vote: <br />NiKM <br />EMEOTT' <br />yVATSO ::. ± , <br />ii3IRKEBAK..
