CITY OF GEM LAKE. <br />RESOLUTION N6.204028 <br />20 January 2604 <br />WHEREAS, the duties.of City Clerk. -Of the.:City of Gem .Lake. have draniaticaliy.expanded over the last ten years to <br />include significant additional responsibility; and <br />WHEREAS, tile. City.Clerk has over time perfornied.inany of these duties with only minor consideration of <br />compensation; and <br />WHEREAS,. therequirements of ihe.City Have changed and grown to include administrative and other needs beyond <br />the ori;_inal scope of the City Clerk's respoisibiliti4m <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake hereby. appoints <br />Magnuson & Associates, LLC as an independent contractor to provide additional Municipal Management and <br />Administrative Services: during the period 01 January 2004 through 3:1..December 2004 for fees as.described -in <br />accordance with their proposal dated 20.January 2.0044 and.retroactive to 01.
