Planning Process And The Stealth, Safety And Welfare Of The Citizens Of Gein`Lake By Restricting And <br />Prohibiting Sexually Oriented .Businesses on the 2.1." day of October 2002 and extended said Ordinance to -the 1.90 day of April, <br />2004 by .means of Resolution No; 2003-07 adopted on the. 27h day of October 2003; and <br />WHEREAS, the Gem Lake Planning Commission has presented .Findings that indicate adoption ota permanent .ordinance are <br />-hi the best interests of the community and it's property owners; and <br />WHEREAS, the Gem Lake Planning Commission liar°presented for City Council consideration (Proposed.) Ordinance No. 82, <br />An Ordinance R.epealing.Ordinance No. 80 And Providing ForThe.Location, Regulation, Licensing, Operation And.lnspitpction <br />Of Adult Uses And Sexually Oriented`Businesses In The -City O.fGem Lake And. Penalties.For Violation:Of Said Regulation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Gent Lake. City ,4ttorney has reviewed said (Proposed) Ordinance .No. $2. a$ to form and cotitent and <br />re4ommended adoption and.implementation. <br />KE$0Lvr,D. that the. City Council ofthe City of Gem Lake does by this Resolution order .adoption -of Ordinance No: 82 as <br />presented with said Ordinance No 82 to be made effepdyo.and placed in full force and effect on 12:01 AM on 01.
