Minnesota (the "city`').did in April, 2005 coinniissionSEH. INC.; acting its cii- Eila.itieer to conduct a Feasability Report (the "Feasalsility Report") indicating. the. current'.coiidition Arid repair heeds of Big Fox Roan, Little Fox Lane, Tessier Road and.
