CITY .OF GEM LAt(E RESOLUTION NO.2006-11 17 .APRIL 20.06 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CITY OF GEM I,AKE PLAN REVIEW COMMISSION AS AN ADVISORY BOARD TO THE CITY COUNCIL AND TO -.CITY STAFF AND DEFINING iT'S FUNCTiON. City of 6rent lake; and, .be it FURTHEK RESOLVED, that the. membership of the Commission shall be annually renewed and, as.necessary new appointments made, by resolution at the first meeting. of the City Council in each calendar year. and, be it FURTFI.Is`R..RI:SOI,VED, that it shall be the function of said commission to: l) establish criteria for examination of construction plans:hy the Commission based upon local ordinances, the Co.rnprehensive Municipal Plan and. development agreements entered into bythe City; and, 2). io review all residential and commercial coitsVuction plaits requiring building permits to be issued by the City. of Gem Lake to insure compliance with the criteria:.and, 3:) to refer all such plans to the Certified Building Official appo.inted.by the City of Gem Lake whoshall further inspect said plans to insure comp lance with all codes adopted by the City of Genii Lake,•. and, d) to refer all commercial. plans,to the City Engineer and other:such competent authority as may be necessary for further technical review; and, 5) to make recommendations. to admi ni strat ive. sta tf charged with the issuance of building.and i uilding relatod perttiits regai-ding.tlte pfan`s.contptiance with tali criteria required by the Commission, the.
