QH. <br />WHEREAS, i3lnice.anii Lorry Shi>rleyhave made an application forConditional Use Permit to provide`for'an <br />exterior elevation.of-64-four (44) feet to provide for construction of:an attached garage: adequate for parkingtheir <br />motor home in doom and <br />WHEREAS, the needs for issuance of a Conditional Use Permit have -been reviewed by the Zoning. Administrators <br />and. Plan Review Committee and determined to be valid and in the best interest of the.property .and <br />WHEREAS, a.duly noticed public hearing on the.:matter was convened before the Gem Lake: Planning Commission <br />on 05•ione 2b06 in accordance the.procMures set forth in Ordinance No. 430.•and•all in attendance were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, the Gem .Lake Planning Commission recommends issuance of the•Cotiditignal Use Permit in <br />accordance with Ordinance No. 43.G; and <br />WHEREAS, the Plan Review'Committee.recommends issuance of the. Conditional Use Permit.in accordance with <br />(Proposed) Ordinance No..43H;, and <br />WHEREAS, die.matter ofthis Conditional Use Permit comes before the City Council of the City ofGem Lake at <br />it's regular meeting convened on 19.June 2006; now, therefore,.. be it <br />RESOLVED, that the City Council. of the: City of Gem.
