14 September 2006 <br />RE'SMUTION NO:2006-27 <br />RESOLVED, The -County shall transfer it's interest in the public road right-�of-way.and road easements to the City of Gem <br />Uke lix the delineated roadways it cun-ently holds; and Be It Further <br />RESOLVED, This transfer is.conditioned upon receiprbj Ramsey County of this resolution adapted by-the:.City of Gem <br />t.al a concurring with the County revoking the "County Road" status of Scheuneman Road (County Road # 147) from County <br />Road E (Ramsey.County Road 915) north to Trunk Highway 6.l and Hoffman Road. West (County Road #146) fir6m -Trunk <br />Highway 61 north to County Road E .(Ramsey County Road # 15), and further providing that receiptof up to 570; I26 for the <br />reconstruction of these-egments froin Capit;d Improvement Funds for Rariisevy County Roadway Consolidation that Ramsey <br />County lips fully discharged Ramsey County's obligations to the City arising under Minnesota Statutes § 163.1 ! and <br />38.7A.I:6,and the Functional Consolidation Plan relative tothis segment of roadway, and that *the City.of Gem Lake has no <br />expectation of funding of the, ongoing. maintenance :of these segments of roadway by Ramsey Eounty.; and Be It Further <br />RESOLVED. that upon receipt of this resolution Ramsey County will pay to the. City as just compensation for these <br />jurisdiction transfers; up to $70,126 upon presentation of biltin gsr 6om-thd construction coniractor(s) for :the reconstruction of <br />the segments of Scheuneman Road and Hoffman Road, andthat upon receipt of the billings, the County shall reimburse. the <br />City in accordance with Minnesota State Statute 471.425; and,.
