CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />OSOLUTION NO::2006417 <br />.20 March 2.006 <br />.A RESOL[1TiON ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING AND PROPER <br />NOTIFICATION OF.OW.NERS OF PROPERTY TO BE BENEF'I.CLAIALY <br />AFFECTED 13Y CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IDENTIFIED AS <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROTECT NO.2006-01 (P1P2006-01). <br />WHEREAS. the City Counc <br />il and .Stittfhave.identified the need to improve citystreets including Big Fox road, Little' <br />Fox Lane, Tessier Road and .Haven Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, several. residents of Gem Lakelocated along these city streets have similarly requested improvements to <br />these roads by the City, and <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No: 2005-26;•the Gem -Lake -City Council did order feasabiIity studies for consideration of <br />this public improvemettt;.and <br />WHEREAS, said feasability study has been prepared by the City's designated Project F,itgitleer; Mr. David Mitchell <br />of SEH; inc.•and deliyered:to and reviewed by the City•Coomil; now, therefore, be it <br />RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City6f Gem Lake. does hereby order public hearings ion the matter be set <br />before the: Gem Lake City'Coancil at 7;00 PM on,Monday, 10 April 2006, for Big Fox Road and Little Fox Lane <br />residents., at 1:00 PM on Wednesday,12 April 2006, for Haven Lane and Tessier Road residents and. furthet. orders the <br />City Clerkto.•prepare proper public noticadfsuch hearings for.pubiicatiodinthe Ciity'.s official newspaperand for direct <br />mai l to Q benefntted owners of real property .in the -City Qf Gem Lake. <br />The foregoing'Resolution•wai s offered by Councilor.
