EPEES AND REFERRAL TO THE GEM LAKE FEE. SCHEDULE; 2).' <br />;AMENDMENT Off' REFERENCES TO SPECIFIC TIMES FOR ACTION AND REFERRAL <br />TO STATUTORY .CONTROLS OF TIME LINES IMPOSED BY OTHERS; 3) <br />CLARIFICATION OF ORDINANCE INTERACTION BETWEEN THIS AND OTHER <br />ORDINANCES; .4}..EXPANDING REQUIRED EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROLS. <br />WHEREAS, the:.City Council :of the City of Gem Lake establishes a Fee Schedule. annually to reflect the true.and <br />accurate cost of providing certain services to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the statutory finle lines for completing consideration of land. use and development mattersiS regulated by <br />the .State .of MN and. maybe subject to amendment from tune to time; and <br />W HEREAS,.the City ofGem Lake has adopted it's NPDES Phase II Storm Water P.erinit in accbidance with the Federal <br />Clean Water Actof 1997, Which permit requires establishment. of local controls regarding sedinientand-erosioti control <br />and storm water management. Now, therefore, be it <br />RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake hereby adopts the languagerecommendations of the Gem <br />Lake Piannina Commission identified in the document "Ordinance No: 50 Redline" and orders said amendments to <br />be incorporated in currentbrdinance No. 58A to create a new version of the. Subdivision Ordinance, No. 588; and <br />f URTH.
