TWO REPRESENTATIVES OF GEM <br />LAKE TO SERVE ON' A JOINT COMMITTEE WITH TWO <br />REPRESENTATIVES OF WHITE BEAR TOWNSHIP TO OVERSEE <br />JOINT DEVELOPMENT OF A TOWN. HALL. <br />WHEREAS; the City Council of the. City of Gem Lake did adopt a, resolution to pursue development of a joint. <br />community meeting hall with White .Bear Totvn9hipbn*0roperty irf White Bear Townslip and immediately adjacent the <br />City. of Gem. Lake; and <br />WHEREAS, said coinoiuuity Meeting.hali will serve both communities for public and private meetings, eleedo= and <br />WHEREAS, White' Bear Township has reported completion of environmental site clean-up. as required and; and <br />WHEREAS;.
