CITY OF GEM ,CAKE. <br />RESOLUTION NO..2006-07 <br />20 Mairch *2006 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING AND PROPER <br />NOTIFICATION OF OWNERS OF PROPERTY TO .BE BENEFICIALLY <br />AFFECTED BY CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IDENTIFIED AS <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT. PROJECT NO.2006-01 (PIP2006-01). <br />WHEREAS,. the City Council and Staffhave identified the. need to improve city streets including Big.Fox Road, Little <br />Fox Lane, Tessier Road and Haven Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, several residents of Gem Lake located along these city streets have similarlyrequested improvements to <br />these roads by. the City; anq <br />WI ER9AS, by:Resolution. No;205$ 26, the Gem L o City.Couuctl slid order ieasability:studies for co�isicieratioit.o.f <br />this Public improvement; and <br />WHERIE A:9,.said feasability study has been prepared by the:.City's designated Project Engineer, Mr. David Mitchell of <br />SEH, Inc. and delivered to and. reviewed by the City Council; now; therefore, be it <br />RESOLVED. that the City'Council of the City of*Getn Lake does hereby order public: hearings on the matter be set <br />before the Gem Lake City Council at 7:00 PM do Monday, 10 April 2006, for Big Fox Road. and Little.
