We assume that:two of these meetings will be the. improvement hearing and the assessment <br />hearing. <br />.It is our understan di rig that the feasibility report would only include areas that are requesting sanitary <br />sewer service in the near fufure; while the study would include how the improvements identified in the <br />feasibility report would be able to serve the North Sewer District as identified in the Comp Plan. <br />COMPENSATION <br />Based on our understanding. of the project an&scope of services, SEH proposes to complete this work for <br />$1.7,200. SE will not. exceed .this amou nt without.prior authorization from the. City. Compensation for <br />the services -will be made. on an hourly basis plus cost of reimbursable expenses. <br />SCHEDULE <br />We anticipate starting our services. upon your authorization and presenting.a draft feasibility report to the <br />council in March of 2016. <br />ITeWWORTA-kiil <br />The City agrees to furnish us with full information as to your requirements, including any special or <br />extraordinary conditions for the Project or special services needed, and also to make available all <br />pertinent existing information and date that will we. need to perform our. services.. <br />This letter represents.the.entire. understanding between the City and SEH in respect to the. Project and <br />may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
