The <br />following members were present: <br />Jerry Bergeron, Commander, Ramsey County Sheriff's Department <br />Dick Dornbusch, Lieutenant, Ramsey County Sheriff's Department. <br />Bill Ecklund, City of North Oaks <br />Joel Hanson, City of Little Canada <br />Dorothy Person, City of Arden Hills <br />Jan Reagan, White Bear Township <br />Terry Schwerin, City of Shoreview <br />Bill Short, White Bear Township <br />Gerry Urban, City of Vadnais Heights <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of May 19, 1994 were approved as submitted. <br />INSURANCE OUOTE UPDATE <br />Georgiann Schulte, with Ramsey County Risk Management, summarized <br />the Groups: existing premiums {effective May 1., 1994), as <br />follows: <br />Worker's Compensation <br />Automobile (no physical damage) <br />Police Performance Liability * <br />* 8,500.00 deductible <br />Ms. Schulte <br />(MCIT), is. <br />Communities, <br />a savings of <br />$111.135.00 <br />24,388.00 <br />22,886.68 <br />stated that the Minnesota Counties Insurance Trust <br />willing to provide coverage for the Contract <br />and has quoted the following rates, which represent <br />$47., 5'07 ..66: <br />Worker's Compensation <br />Automobile <br />- includingphysical <br />damage to vehicles <br />Deductibles: <br />$ 100 comp. <br />250 collision <br />$ 77,291.00 <br />9,.152.00 <br />Professional Liability * 24,461.00 <br />* $2,500 deductible <br />Ms. Schulte explained thati the proposal requires Ramsey County <br />to enter into a Joint Powers Agreement with MCIT.
