Your streets should remain stable if patched Yearly <br />and sealcoated approximately every 5 to 6 years. To help <br />spread out the additional cost I would suggest you divide <br />your streets into.three areas: <br />Area 1: <br />Area 2: <br />Area 3= <br />Big Fox Rd. <br />Little Fox Rd. <br />Tessier Rd. <br />Haven Ln. <br />$4648.00 <br />2560.00 <br />266.0.00 <br />By 'sealcoating one area every other year I believe you will <br />be able to keep these streets in proper maintenance. The <br />cost of sealing these areas at todays rates would be as <br />indicated above. As T an sure you realize this price will <br />change in the years to cone.
