REVISIONS TO THE AUGUST DRAFT: p.24, line 2: replace "are offered" with "shall be as follows:" p.29, 5.3.5.B: "Limited" should read "Low" p.33, 6.1.6: paragraph one, insert a third sentence "In addition, a private, small -aircraft airport is located in White Bear Township, approximately 5 miles north of Gem Lake. p.34, 6.2.1: revise as follows: Another potential change in the Gem Lake roadway system may involve Scheuneman Road at the intersection of U.S. Highway 61. In all instances, the citizens of Gem Lake have a high interest that changes be designed and constructed in a manner which enhances the attractive environmentally natural residential nature of the City of Gem Lake. p.37, 6.3: delete paragraph B. p.38, D: revise as follows: Further development of private roads is consistent with the City's desire to maintain a low profile government. The City should oversee the development of private roads to ensure that city construction and design standards and specifications are met. p.38, H: replace "small town" with "rustic" p.39, L: revise as follows: The City should explore all possible options to substantially reduce the traffic on Scheuneman Road north of U.S Highway 61. Options include a cul-de-sac dead-end at the intersection with Highway 61, or designating Scheuneman Road one-way northbound.
