p.40, 7.0: the numbers cited in the first paragraph should be verified, <br />as they differ from the Mayor's suggested change. Then, delete the <br />second paragraph, and insert the Mayor's suggested change, starting <br />with the second sentence of the second paragraph: "To continue with the <br />"rustic" feeling of the City..." <br />p.55, 11.6: revise as follows: "All primary and secondary school <br />students who are Gem Lake residents may attend the schools of District <br />#624 (White Bear Area Schools).
