MAGNUSON & ASSOCIATES, LLC <br />ATTACHMENT #3 <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />PROPOSED ADMINISTRATIVE FEES <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICES <br />01 January 2006 through 31 December 2007 <br />In consideration of the City's desire to maintain minimum government while meeting it's ongoing needs for professional management, <br />administration, and other services, we propose to provide the services listed below at the respective fees shown per service: <br />MAGNUSON & ASSOCIATES, LLC SERVICES <br />Assistant City Clerk <br />Zoning Administration <br />Code Enforcement <br />Financial Planning <br />Financial Management <br />Financial Reporting <br />Chief Election Judge <br />Animal Control <br />Permit & License Administration <br />Ordinance Research & Development <br />Public Works Administration <br />Public Safety Administration <br />Policy Development & Administration <br />NPDES Administration <br />Sewer & ISTS Administration <br />Recycling Administration <br />Emergency Communications <br />MAGNUSON & ASSOCIATES, LLC HOURLY BILLING RATES <br />CONDITIONAL BASIS FOR RATES <br />Fritz Magnuson <br />Sarah Cobian <br />A. With City Hall Proposal & With Two (2) Year Renewable Term <br />$ 78.00 <br />$ 65.00 <br />B. As Chief Election Judge <br />$50.00 <br />In addition to the rates above, we will hire special project team members at a competitive market rate and on an as needed basis. <br />Special projects shall include, but not be limited to, elections, census, special deliveries, etc. made on behalf of the City. <br />At all times and in all circumstances, it will be understood that Magnuson & Associates, LLC is not an employee of the City for any <br />purpose whatsoever and is, in fact, an independent contractor except as related to Frederic C. Magnuson acting solely in his capacity as <br />City Clerk and Sarah Cobian acting solely in her capacity as City Treasurer. The City shall not have the right to require Agency to do <br />anything which would jeopardize the relationship of independent contractor between the City and Agency.
