MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />January, 1995 <br />Resolution No. 95-04 was, upon motion duly made (Birkebak) and <br />seconded (Nielsen), unanimously adopted and is attached hereto as Exhib- <br />it "K". <br />Resolution No. 95-05 was, upon motion duly made (Nielsen) and <br />seconded (Kunin), unanimously adopted and is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"L" <br />Resolution No. 95-06 was, upon motion duly made (Kunin) and second- <br />ed (Igo), unanimously adopted and is attached hereto as Exhibit "M". <br />Resolution No. 95-07 was, upon motion duly made (Igo) and seconded <br />(Birkebak), unanimously adopted and is attached hereto as Exhibit "N". <br />Mayor Emeott then discussed sending a 1995 Roster of the City of <br />Gem Lake to local residents. <br />The Treasurer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "O", and indicating a balance in the General Fund of $71,538.57 <br />and in the Sewer Fund of $19,861.65 was, upon motion duly made (Nielsen) <br />and seconded (Igo), unanimously approved. <br />Payment of bills totaling $9,484.13, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "P", was, upon motion duly made (Nielsen) and seconded <br />(Igo), unanimously approved. <br />Due to conflicts and the President's Day Holiday, the next meeting <br />of the Gem Lake City Council is scheduled for Monday, 27 February 1995. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Mayor <br />Emeott at 9:32 pm. <br />AUTHORED: 24 January 1995 <br />APPROVED: 27 February 1995 ATTEST: <br />Frederic C.
