Ordinance No. 66 was unanimously adopted on a vote of five (5) Ayes, zero (0) Nays, and zero (0) absten- <br />tions and ordered published in it's entirety. A copy of the Ordinance is attached hereto as Exhibit "E". <br />Mr. Magnuson then reported on the efforts of Brad Ward acting as Assistant Clerk. <br />Mr. Magnuson then reported on concerns by Hoffman Road residents on the confusion caused by <br />Hoffman Road West in Gem Lake and Hoffman Road East in White Bear Lake. Mr. Birkeland has agreed <br />to talk with owners along Hoffman and suggest a resolution to the dilemma. <br />Following discussion, the matter of a model telecommunications ordinance was tabled to November <br />pending additional assessment of need by the Clerk. <br />Discussion of Committee development And Responsibility followed with no action taken. <br />Mr. Birkebak then reported on the need to trim trees at the intersection of Big Fox Road and County <br />Road E, noting damage to his car caused by same. <br />The Treasurer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "F", and indicating a balance <br />in the General Fund of $63,807.05 and in the Sewer Fund of $25,441.64 was unanimously approved. <br />Payment of bills totaling $11,444.72 and attached hereto as Exhibit "G was, upon motion duly made <br />and seconded, unanimously approved. <br />Mayor Emeott then noted the November meeting is scheduled for 20 November 1995. December will <br />include a Truth -In -Taxation hearing on 07 December 1995 at 7:00 pm.
